I took dimensions of a bathroom set and created them on SketchUp. This was as a SketchUp exercise.

1:25 Scale Set Model
A sanatorium set design based on the Thomas Mann novel, The Magic Mountain.
This model was a challenge as I made it almost entirely using fabric, such as the chiffon floor textile I designed, felt snow, linen walls and roof and hand stitching.
The structure base was made using soldered brass rods. I wanted this model to feel like another world.

I created this speculative set as a personal project. The bedroom belongs to a child set in the late 90's.
I designed this model using references to pop culture of the time, and items that would have been collected during childhood, that still remain in the characters bedroom.

This model shows the early design and my idea of the various lighting plans and use of gobo lights.

A speculative scale set model based on the Thomas Hardy novel, Tess of the D'Urbervilles.
The set is modelled after the Olivier Theatre's revolving stage - and to scale.
There is an interior and exterior set up which represent the different settings seen throughout the novel.
There is also a 3rd set for the production's final scene, at Stone Henge
